i'm having a sharp pain below my left collar bone. there's a pressure in my head and i'm dizzy. i'm a 17 year old girl who smokes and takes bc pills.

Calm: Yes, smoking and birth control pills are associated with increased stroke and blood clot risk. However, it is still uncommon. Please see your doctor and get checked. This is a good moment to consider to quit smoking. Good Luck.

spontanious sharp pain (comes and goes) below left collar bone..doesnt worsten with movement...slight bump. (22 year old + anxiety).. help?

Does not: "sound" serious! Are you "poking" at it???? A strained neck muscle can cause a pain in that area. Ge it checked out by your Primary Care Provider so you can reduce your anxiety and (i bet) stop "poking" at it!

did an echo about a month ago and everything was perfect with my heart. been feeling the weird feeling though for the last two days two & four fingers below left collar bone. feels like its the heart area. its not stabbing pain. very weird feeling?

Chest discomfort: This vague symptom may be from an irritable superficial nerve or mildly inflamed muscle in the rib cage. Heart or lung causes seem less likely at this time. If the symptom persists or worsens see your physician or cardiologist for evaluation. A 12 lead  EKG and/or a chest xray may then be ordered depending upon the assessment.

Anatomy: Under your collar bone  is the upper portion of the chest wall and within that, the upper portion of the lung.  Additionally, several blood vessels and a large complex of nerves crosses this area.

Need more Info!: Is it near to the center of the chest (from right to left, in line with collar bones) or it towards the shoulder (ie, at the outer end of the collar bone) ?

: I assume you've had no old injuries.  This asymmetry may not be pathological. It has been stated by some studies that over 20% of people have asymmetry of collarbones. If you still have concerns, have your physician or an.orthopedic specialist examine and advise you.

Needs evaluation: The pain could be coming from a variety of sources.  The most likely cause is musculoskeletal; it could be due to a muscle strain, or referred from the neck. However, the pain could also be non-musculoskeletal, coming from your lungs, for example.  If it has persisted for more than a week and is not improving, i would definitely have it evaluated.
