You need to see an -: Orthopod to be evaluated/diagnosed and treated.
In the meantime, take some pain meds that you have used in the past and rest the knee in a brace.

See your ORS: Inability to fully extend knee @3 months post-op is abnormal.Either you have developed a knee contracture or possibly your acl reconstructed graft is not isometric.In either case see your ors and discuss treatment options.

Hamstring: Pain behind the knee w/ ' stretching' your leg may be due to hamstring irritation/ injury, undiagnosed bakers' cysts, and other causes. See your md for evaluation if no improvement or go to er if pain / swelling worsen(dvt work - up).

Needs evaluation: Because of the traumatic nature of the injury, this should be evaluated by a physician. The difficulty with weight bearing is concerning, and so please see your doctor at the earliest opportunity. You will need an examination of the knee, and possibly an imaging study as well.
