Be seen: See your regular doctor about this. Also see a chiropractor or craniosacral therapist...You may have a "kinked" place that is causing this.  Look specifically for an upper cervical chiropractor (you can actually search that on the internet and see if there is one near you).  Could also be orthostatic hypotension which is a drop in BP when you stand...Better with more fluids and electrolytes.

day 4 of prednisone.pain started back left of head. now migraine on right temple.and pain on right back of head with numb cheek and lips.

Headaches &amp; numbness: If you have never had a headache that causes numbness, please go to an ER now, or if your usual migraine treatment does not work.  If it does work and the numbness is not new and resolves with the headache, contact the doc who prescribed the medicine tomorrow about the next step.

Hard to say: Perhaps a vascular spasm.?? Hard to say without an exam and good history. Did you have any head injury?  Need some more information. Try symptomatic treatment like ice to see if this helps

Head pain: Probably muscle tension headache. do range of motion exercises of neck, get someone to massage neck muscles, ?yoga. ibuprofen

Need more informatio: We can not say if it is serious or not without knowing more information, like your blood pressure, if yu are taking any medicine including over the countermedication any other co existing condition, any hitory of trauma etc.I will suggest you get examined by your doctor or go to er if in doubt as you are getting pounding headache.

trying to wakeup, my body was paralyze. i started shaking violently in my upper rt body.  woke-up, with pain left back of head. should i be concern?

Yes, should be.: Possible partial seizure (have you stopped your Gabapentin in the recent past), and/or even a small ischemic stroke (any other symptoms?). You may have also woken during a very specific period of sleep that can cause momentary paralysis when transitioning from sleep to wake, but that wouldn't cause head pain. I would recommend getting assessed by a physician asap with workup to be safe.

i keep getting mild pain in back left corner of head and runs to my nose sometimes. not sure what it is. is this where the pituitary gland is located?

No: Whatever it is, it has nothing to do with your pituitary. "Pituitary" comes from the Greek word for "pea" because it's about the same size and shape. I've never heard of a pituitary problem causing pain, unless a tumor swelled it to the size of a golf ball; in which case you'd have a lot more symptoms and a neurosurgeon would be planning to drill a hole in your head.
