Difficulty urinatin: No apparent relationship. Sounds like BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia and possible enlarged prostate. See your doctor.

Discharge: What you describe may be penile discharge. Especially if you had a sexual encounter recently with a new partner and it was unprotected, that would be especially suspicious. Another possibility is passing blood with your urine, but the description of such is not common in your case. One way or the other, get it checked out by a doc.

After a history and physical exam the doctor will be able to determine if an std is likely the cause, if so testing will be done. Another problem this could be is a urinary tract infection (UTI) or a prostate infection (prostatitis), both of which are not std's. Once your husband is evaluated a diagnosis can be made, and treatment started if necessary.

UTI: Recurrent UTI in a man needs a detailed urologic investigation for anatomic abnormalities or physiological or epidemiological features causing this.  At the same time your urine can be examined to determine what the material you describe is. Without seeing this it is impossible to know.  See a urologist. Good luck.

Not cancer, but...: You're got one of these prostate-discomfort problems that's likely to be a challenge to treat. Cancer doesn't act or present like this and at your age tne odds are basically zero, but you owe it to yourself and anybody special in your life to get managed. Good luck.

Antibiotic: U finished the ab 2 days ago, or u stopped taking it? What was the ab, & what was it given for? Possible that infection not completely eradicated—especially if u stopped med as soon as u felt better. See doc again concerning (new?) symptoms. Diarrhea may have been caused by ab & needs to b checked out.
