What is "bio"?: What is "bio"? Did you get testicular doppler ultrasound? That may be needed although most of the cases can be diagnosed by detailed history and physicals without it. So, have surgeon to help you decide if what you have now is just expected postoperative condition, or hematoma, or epididymitis, or even infection...

See a Urologist: Sounds like some kind of testicular situation. If not treated could result in loss of the testicle. Diagnosis is by careful examination. May also be an infectious process. It's hard to believe that no diagnosis has been arrived at with what he's had done so far.

Heavy lifting: You need to go to the ER to check for a hernia and to make sure you are not having renal colic.  Apply ice to the area and drink lots of water but you need to be seen for this right away if it is that acute.  Feel better soon

See doctor: You may have epididymitis or some other inflammatory condition of your sperm-producing system.  This might be sexually transmitted disease, or possibly just an obstructive disorder.  In either event, seeing a good urologist (and most are excellent) would be beneficial.
