i had sex to soon after my ectopic surgery i only have one tube since i didn't wait the full 6 weeks what's the worse that can happen ?

May be nothing: If something bad were going to happen from having sex too soon, it would have happened and you would have had pain and/or bleeding. Remember that you could get pregnant from unprotected sex. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

had ectopic surgery on jan 1, thought successful. levels still rising, get metho shot tomorrow. any chance of preg? or that fallopian will explode? :(

Persistent ectopicRx: Persistent ectopic pregnancy if untreated can grow enough to produce tubal rupture. Methotrexate is most effective when given at less then 8 weeks gestation. If the HCG levels continue to rise your MD will probably perform a Laparoscopy to terminate the pregnancy. Meanwhile report to your MD any bleeding, severe pain or dizziness.

Pathology: Typically the specimens are sent to a pathologist, a doctor, who looks at them under a microscope and confirms the type of tissue they are.  When pathologic examination is complete, the products of conception (embryo) and tube are incinerated.  This is the case for placentas at birth and a variety of other biological tissues.  Incineration is safe and destroys any disease as well.  Hope that helps.

Give it time: Your body may need some more time to regulate hormones after the ectopic pregnancy. See your gyn if the period doesn't come by the third expected month.

pelvic pain left&right comes&go, possible past salpingitis? finish taking meds 5mos ago after ectopic surgery. or wat the cause based on my condtion.

Possible: It could be related to the previous salpingitis. Also could be related to endometriosis, ovarian cysts, ovulation, scar tissue from the salpingitis, and even inguinal hernias (may also have a bulge in groin). If it is ongoing, or getting worse, it's worth having a follow up appt. with your GYN doctor. Hope this helps!

hey docs. just a bit of background i went for an ectopic surgery 2 months ago. last night and today i have been having weird pains in my pelvic area sometimes sharp pains. is this any cause for concern?

Pelvic pain: Hello.
Sometimes the scarring process may take some time to finish.
When this surgeries are done the surgeons use a suture that stays in the body for a few weeks before being reabsorbed  by the body. Sometimes, this stiches cause some uncomfortable sensations.
Regardless of that you should visit your gynecologist.

2 weeks after ectopic surgery, i am having loads of clear fertile cervical mucus, more than i have had in recent months. am i ovulating already?

Check: You can check an over the counter ovulation predictor kit.  it certainly may be possible.  Remember, ALL future pregnancies need to be evaluated right away to confirm that they are inside the uterus.

had ectopic surgery, had right tube removed as was ruptured on 15th oct. 1st period 19th nov and now11days late with 2nd period, 2x neg hpt, is normal?

Possibly: Women have abnormal cycles all the time.  It's possible that your period is late due to your surgery, though more likely that it's due to other factors (hormone changes, thyroid, being thin/heavy).

Schedule a follow-up: After a traumatic event like what you describe it is important to have a follow-up appointment with your surgeon. They can check for anemia to make sure you are recovering from the surgery. You can also discuss birth-control options to prevent another tubal pregnancy.

how long can an ectopic pregnancy be carried and taken care of with drugs before surgery is needed?

It depends: The length of time is related to the response seen in blood tests. If the levels show a fall, it may be possible to avoid surgery though it may take weeks.
