2 months since biopsy have headache, dizziness, tachycardias, neck pain after cervical lymph node biopsy, could my carotid artery have been injured.

Not really: Anything is possible but the injury would be unlikely, it would have been readily apparent if it happened at the time of biopsy and your symptoms are not consistent with a carotid eatey injury so I would guess your carotid artery is fine.

Biopsy: A biopsy of the cervix requires that a small portion of the uterine cervix is sampled, usually with the help of an instrument called a colposcope.  The biopsy is then sent to a pathologists who will look at the tissue through the microscope and report on what they see.

Yes, temporarily: There will be a "pinching feeling" during biopsy that goes away very shortly thereafter.

May need more surgery: If the biopsy shows low-grade dysplasia or no findings then you are done. If it shows high-grade dysplasia or glandula dysplasia then you will probably receive another cervical biopsy where they will call when out the cervix to remove all the dysplasia from hpv then you should be done. I assume you had a : Colposcopy with biopsies for an abnormal pap  your doc who did the biopsy shhould have already discussed this with you at the time of the biopsy or before , but usual recovery is 4-8 days give or take a few so no intercourse until your doc tells you can , i tell my pts after I have done that procedure nothing in vagina until 2 days after the discharge stops.

Little if any: Most cervical biopsies are painless as there is little pain when you are cut deep inside the body as there are no nerves to feel the pain there. It is only cuts in the skin that hurt most. So i would not worry about pain from  the cervix biopsy.

Several: A smear / brush shouldn't hurt. A little local anesthetic is plenty for an incisional biopsy. A conization for attempted cure of preinvasive cancer is more but won't be nearly as annoying as a wisdom tooth and gives a strong likelihood of a cancer cure. how long after a cervical biopsy should you have another smear?

Depends on results: The asccp has guidelines available on line. If the biopsy was a high-grade lesion (cin2 or 3), then you would need a bigger biopsy. Usually, at least 6 months should pass before biopsy and the next pap. Alternatively, sometimes an hpv test is done after 12 months. Ask  your doctor what your result was (it is best if you get a copy) so you can review yourself.

i am terrified about to go in for cervical biopsy, what can i expect?

Not horrible: The cervical biopsy is a quick outpatient often in office test that removes a sample of the cervix. Some gyn offer a block making the biopsy painless. Afterward there will be minor craping, small amount of blood  or bloody discharge and really that's about all. The doctor will also ask you to abstain from intercourse until the cervix is healed. Basically its all simple supportive care.

what causes you to have to wait a day after getting a cervical biopsy to workout!?

Please ask your doc: But your doc most likely wanted  make sure a scab has started to form and the biopsy area is healing, I do brush biopsies on the cervix so much less bleeding and if no problems  allow my pts to work out the same day  but your doc prob did what i called a punch biopsy.
