i have a flash of chest pain across my upper chest (going from right side to left side) that has been happening daily. what could this mean?

Chest pain: Assuming this is a "sharp" kind of pain, pain across the chest is usually due to muscle strain/sprain related to your pectoral and intercostal muscles. This will calm down over a week. Heart pain is felt as a squeezing or pressure right under the sternum, so your pain does not sound like cardiac pain.

i sneezed really hard, then felt a sharp radiating pain across my upper chest and shoulders. pain went away in like 20 seconds. what caused that pain?

Muscle pain: When you sneeze really hard you you use upper body muscles and some times you can strain your muscles and that might have caused pain in chest and shoulders.You dont need to do anything unless pain returns.

this is the second time this has happen, ...i feel pain across the upper chest, ..and it goes up to my neck, jaw and ear, ..."all on the right hand side.", ...it goes away in about 15 minutes, ...please let know if you can tell me what this is., ...thanks

Anything: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If she sleeps on her stomach she could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm.

The pain is often described as stabbing, tearing, sharp, spasm-like, tender, aching or gnawing. It typically feels like the pain wraps around your upper chest in a band-like pattern. The pain may intensify during exertion or with sudden movements involving the upper chest, such as coughing or laugh.

Neither do I !!: This is a tough one, but it's probably not related to your heart or lungs. Depends on what you do for exercise, how much and at what intervals. what other problems you may have (arthritis? an old injury? etc) and what medicines you take. Actually, it may be coming from your stomach or neck. But getting better with exercise is a better sign than getting worse with it.

if i moved right or left while laying down i got a sharp/squeezing pain in my right upper chest area what can it be? hasnt gone away for 3days

Generally: Such pain as described are usually attributed to musculoskeletal issues. However an examination and full history is indicated
