Reflux: The pain may be induced by reflux. Strongly suggest seeing your physician angina heart pain is high risk for morning events. I do not know age gender or comorbidities.

Usually not serious: There are many causes of chest and back pain including muscular and bone as well as abnormalities of the heart, lungs or esophagus. Although in a 22 yo, most chest pain turns out not to be anything serious, you should see your primary physician to be sure.

Pleurisy: Can be based on lung problem or simply INTERCOSTAL MUSCE Pull ( The small muscles in between the ribs)
A chest x ray is in order and you should see your Primary Care Provider for the results of that film and appropriate treatment!
