Pain: Hard to know for sure what this is without knowing your vitals and asking more questions.  Probably best to call your OB/midwife.  Even if the office is closed he/she probably has an answering service.  Would be concerned if associated with worsening shortness of breath.  This could be a variety of things, some serious and some easily addressed.  Make the call today

had severe burning ripping pain above my ribs at night and suddenly i felt so warm in winter. what could be the reason? serious?

Tricky: without an exam, I can only give general information, and feeling warm is often the first sign of an infection. Pain is often the sign of an infection at, near, inside the lung. BUT there would be other signs like cough, change in breathing, coughing up purulence. 
Small symptoms occur more frequently than large ones. If one notices very small symptoms there will be many noticed w/out diseases.

i couldnt sleep all night as i was vomiting and having diarrhea and terrible pain above my ribs in the centre of my chest.  what could cause this?

ER evaluation needed: Chest pain in her mid-60's is an emergency, depending on various details. The ER doctor needs to evaluate. The ambulance can provide oxygen and monitoring on the way to the ER. The doctors will rule out heart attack, pneumothorax (collapsed lung), rib pains, etc...  If it turns out to be heartburn (acid reflux) or esophageal damage due to vomiting, that can be treated too. Better safe than sorry.

can acid reflux cause upper left abdominal pain above the rib cage? it's worse after eating but it hurts all day. if not then what can it be?

Yes and. : Yes it can. Usually well controlled with meds and behavior modification. Other things are constipation, diverticulitis , gallbladder, pancreatitis etc. if not responding to treatment for reflux, see your MD

You could have but: This can be the diagnosis but consider other  causes too. You need to see your physican as it could be a rib problem, rib fracture  or internal lung problem. You may need imaging, X-ray or other.

Abdominal pain: It's time to see a gastroenterologist to make sure all is OK. Have your doctor refer you.
