Its Estrogen Levels: The trigger of ovulation happens when the estrogen level reaches approximately 250pg/ml. This triggers the pituitary to release lh which causes ovulation. The follicle usually produces that level of estrogen on day 12 of the cycle. However, medications that stimulate more than one follicle can reach this level earlier.

tvus since 3days follicle 17 mm, today tvus  i found free fluid in cul de sac and irregular follicle 18mm( rupture) , can't i say when i ovulated?

Maybe: Your ultrasound certainly suggests ovulation between the 2 ultrasounds  but it does not confirm it.

No, do not worry: Every ovulation has bleeding! the fluid seen on tvu could be blood but it could also be just cyst fluid. Also, some women have a reasonably large amount of fluid in the pelvis even without ovulation, so the finding might not be related to ovulation. My experience is that other causes but not ovulation bleeding lead to infertility. See fertility specialist, best wishes.

Take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

ruptured vein bleeding into follicle after ovulation. how long does it take to absorb? dr gave me norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) for the pain but i can't even do dishes.

Ouch!: The fluid from the ruptured cyst can be quite irritating to the peritoneum.  If a patient wasn't getting prompt relief with a pain medication such as Narco I would consider adding a potent anti-inflammatory and would even consider some acupuncture or Cold Laser Therapy.  Unfortunately,  these later modalities are still not commonly accessible.  Also, if not better soon, confirm diagnosis.
