i currently have problems with my knees. and im overweight. i try to gym and eat a balanced diet but it doesnt help. can i concerder a tummy tuck? im to young for knee replacements. please help me

At age 34 you would: too young for new knees. If you are generally, overweight - a tummy tuck would only address a specific area. Consider working with a physical trainer.

Low Impact: Start with things like swimming, stationary or regular bike, elliptical trainers, etc...  All of these offer very little impact and force through the knees. Also watch your diet very closely. Reduce carbs and fats, and increase lean proteins. Another great rule is don't drink calories. If your knees still hurt with low impact exercise see your doc for an evaluation.

Consultation: Consult with a Orthopedic Surgeon.  They will take X-Rays and tell her the best treatment (maybe surgery), however the extra weight makes it harder due to the extra pressure on the knee.

A whole lot!: Knees are susceptible to wear and tear (as are all joints, weight bearing joints more so than others).   Until your knees are bad you can get away with being a bit overweight, but once you develop a problem, you'd better slim down.
