Adrenal exhaustion: The adrenals don't get exhausted.  They either don't work (=Addison's disease) or they work.  If your son has fatigue, or other sx, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Check medications: Have you started medicine for parkinsons? Medications can cause unusual symptoms. How were you diagnosed? What is your blood pressure? Did you have these symtoms before your diagnosis? Are you taking supplements? Anemia can cause exhaustion.  If you have started medications let your doctor know immediately about your symptoms and especially about any other medications and supplements you take.

See below: If the disease is considered active,  the inflammatory molecules such il-6 can mediate fatigue by anemia, cause pain due to swelling, and make you feel unwell.  When you get rid of the inflammation, people tend to feel better.

Yes: This is serious and can occur again with less extreme exposure. Keep cool, well-hydrated, rest.Consult your Dr about all the different things you must now learn well in order to prevent future problems. Do not do anything, without consulting your Dr, during the next 1 or 2 weeks.

There are many...: Possible causes (pregnancy, medical problems, anxiety, depression, stress) for the symptoms you present. Work on sleep hygiene/get better rest; maintain proper regular nutrition with foods that produce the least nausea. Address any issues that may be causing anxiety or depression. Reduce stress in your life. If sleep & eating improve but symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical evaluation.

i have been extremely tired and very foggy headed for months i do have low thyroid and tests are normal for the med i am taking. symptoms of foggy head and exhaustion getting worse

There : There are multiple reasons to feel fatigued during the day including but not limited to is low thyroid hormone level, lack of vitamins, inflammatory disorders, insomnia, sleep apnea and medications that you may be on. You should discuss with your primary care physician about your symptoms.
