if you have an ovarian cyst and it bursts , can the symptoms be as simple as back and lower pelvic pain . dull but constant with a heavy discharge?

Yes: Some simple ovarian cysts will leak or "burst", causing some temporary lower back or pelvic pain. If the pain is mild or moderate, and goes away after some hours or a few days, you should be just fine.

Pregnant?: if your period does not start, get a  pregnancy test. Also, make appointment with your doctor for evaluation if the pain persists. The doctor may order Ultra Sound of your ovaries if  indicated.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.  Spotting, discharge and urinary frequency is concerning for a vaginal and bladder infection.

Ummm... No...: You need to be evaluated, checked out for an STD.  Could be pelvic inflammatory disease as well.  Get it checked out by your doctor.

Bladder infection vs: I suspect you may have a bladder infection.  If you are sexually active you should be tested for std's.  Constipation and kidney stones are also possible.  I need more details: fever, urinary frequency, constipation, diarrhea?

had chunks of dark brown discharge last week, and having to urinate a lot. ovarian pain while urinating, but no burning. discharge went away on its own, and im not sexually actively and my period isnt due for two weeks. what could the problem be?

: Symptoms suggest a urinary tract infection, and if there was sexual activity in the past, a pelvic infection is possible as well. The "brown discharge" may also represent ovulation from two follicles, where the estrogen levels are higher, and the drop in estrogen just prior to ovulating will cause bleeding.  See your gyn physician for an exam and other testing to resolve this.

massaging side where i get ovarian pain after, i get red brown discharge. have no cysts and not pregnant. could be blocked tubes? irregular period.

Vaginal issues: Massaging should not cause red/brown discharge. An abnormal discharge may indicate infection. If it's pure blood only, there is something wrong with the lining of the uterus (endometrium). Besides pregnancy, this could be dysfunctional bleeding (hormone imbalance), endometriosis is another cause but usually presents with pain. Seeing your doc is a good first step.

No: Implantation has no symptoms at all. Ovarian pain in the luteal phase is certainly possible though.

Well, a few things: Can cause pain.  An ovarian cyst that expands the ovary rapidly causes discomfort.  Severe pain, an emergency, is called ovarian torsion where a heavy cysts twist on the blood supply causing what we call an "acute abdomen".  Lower abdominal pain is more broad.  Make sure not pregnant, otherwise pain may or may not be from the ovaries. Gdluc.
