May be normal: If the pain is getting somewhat better, you should be ok. Signs to be worried: pain that gets worse, nausea/vomiting, fever. As long as the pain is improving, your body is likely dealing with the cyst fluid on its own.

Yea: Yes it is possible butifenlarging commonly when it is associated with infection or hemorrhage. Most ruptured cysts cause pain but no adhesoons.

It might: Depends on cause, treatment (surgery?), etc. Maybe tests already were done or planned to evaluate for fallopian tube damage (laparoscopy, ultrasound, etc). Discuss with your gynecolgist and/or infertility specialist. Ask if "infected ovarian cyst" was a euphemism for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or tubo-ovarian abscess, which may cause more tube damage than simple infected cysts. Good luck!

Not sure: I would make that connection.  You may want to ask for clarification and how he/she arrived at that diagnosis.  I suppose anything may be possible but unless you have some type if genital infection i can't see the correlation.

keep getting hot spells after keyhole surgery to remove ovarian cyst, 1 week post op, shall i go to the doctors? what type of infection can this be?

See the doctor: Asap.  This may be a postoperative infection that could make you very ill very quickly if present.  Hopefully this will only be a minor problem, but you do not want to be guessing about this.  Go and get seen and do not delay.  Hope you are better soon.

i got tested for bladder infection but it was negative, i am having all the symptoms. could it be my ovarian cysts causing this?

Many possibilities: Could be a number of things including non-infectious interstitial cystitis, endometriosis or a long list of other possibilities.  See a urologist for evaluation.

If your pain is: Worsening, you should not wait two months.  Get to a gynecologist, because your cyst could be twisting or bleeding.  Or it could be another cause.

As long: As there are no findings worrisome for ovarian cancer it is reasonable to follow this cyst with an ultrasound in 3 months. Cancers tend to have soft tissue parts in addition to the cystic areas. They may also have increased blood flow compared to cysts. Best to discuss this with your doctor.
