Possibly: An ovarian cyst can hurt a lot especially if it is leaking and hormonal changes can cause a discharge. However, anytime you are in severe pain you need to be seen to be certain that nothing serious is the matter. Call your doctor or go to the ER now.

Yes: Some simple ovarian cysts will leak or "burst", causing some temporary lower back or pelvic pain. If the pain is mild or moderate, and goes away after some hours or a few days, you should be just fine.

Ovulation possible.: Clear and milky vaginal discharge may or may not  be normal. Could  be ovulation pain and a change in the cervical mucus. If unresolved in 2 days, could be  vaginitis and should see a gyn doctor.

Tricky: with http://www.nerdpocalypse.net/PCOS.html polycystic disease, certainly irregular periods are common. a pregnancy test would be indicated by a missed period. then resuming pills.

No: The ovaries are not connected to the uterus or vagina.  An ovarian cyst is a separate issue from malodorous vaginal discharge.  This is a sign of infection, such as bv, and should be evaluated and treated.  This is especially important if you are having pelvic pain that you are assuming is an ovarian cyst, but might actually be a sign of a pelvic infection!

No: Ovarian cysts don't cause a vaginal discharge.  A green discharge on tampon is more likely due to a vaginal or cervical infection.  A woman usually needs an exam to figure out if she has a vaginal or cervical infection.

Unlikely: Ovarian tumors oand cycsts do not cause any vaginal discharge as there is no direct connection. Go see a gynecologist if the discharge is excessive and bothers you.
