can yeast infection or even stomach problems such as ibs cause pain in the groin? im a female. i also did some heavy lifting in the last week. i had ovarian cyst before but pelvic doesnt hurt. thanks

Groin pain: IBS symptoms can radiate to groin, but I would expect you to be having other IBS symptoms too. Given your information primary groin strain would be most likely. I would expect improvement in a week or so.

can cramping & low back pain be from both a yeast infections and ovarian cyst? or just one ? because apparently i have both. how long till relief?

Not the yeast : In this case the yeast infection should be treated with anti-fungals and the ovarian cyst medically or surgically by the gynecologist.

Powder: Try an anti-fungal powder under the breasts to try and prevent recurrent fungal infections.  It's also important to keep the area dry and avoid skin on skin if possible (use cotton or wicking fabric between breast and chest wall)

i was prescribed cephalexin for a cyst- 3 a day for 7 days. on day 3, i have developed a yeast infection. can i ask for diflucan (fluconazole)?

Yes: Sure, no problem. Fluconazole (Diflucan) and cephalexin (Keflex) won't interfere with each other. However, you should first check with the doctor who prescribed the cephalexin and see if s/he would like to check for sure whether you have a yeast infection and/or approve the treatment.

what kind of tests to do for detecting vulva problems such as cyst in the labium, etc? only my left vulvas skin feels irritated despite yeast infection is gone. skin looks perfectly fine though. no constant pain. only felt when sitting/walking?

: There are no laboratory tests for vulvar cysts. Such diagnosis is usually based on physical examination. If your symptoms are improving, you may watch and wait. It the symptoms do not get better in 2-3 weeks, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

i went to the doctor yesterday for thinking i had a yeast infection the doctor examined me and said it was a bartholian cyst i never seen it until now and the inside of my vagina looks swollen on one side and there is a small white bump on the outside . s

Common cyst : The bartholin glands help provide vaginal lubrication and can become blocked and form a cyst. Usually a warm compress can help, in some cases they will require minor surgery to drain them
