The symptoms of ovarian cancer are nonspecific and even spastic colon can be a ringer. Don't symptom-match using the internet. You will trouble yourself and not help your care in any way. Read up instead on what cysts really are.

Not likely cancer: Simple ovarian cysts (1) are rarely malignant, and (2) especially a huge ovarian cyst, such as this, is rarely malignant. The symptoms you call typical of ovarian cancer are simply the symptoms of a pelvic mass, not specific for cancer.

: Ovarian cancer would be extremely unusual at your age and highly unlikely to cause symptoms for a year in the absence of any clinical findings. Ovarian cysts normally come and go and are not a concern. There are various benign cysts that can be persistent but they are almost always asymptomatic. Simple less than 5 cm cysts with thin walls can be safely followed indefinitely if they are stable.

The malignant lesion if unrecognized spreads to omentum because of TGF-B.  A large mass filling upper abdomen develops and induces formation of ascites filling the abdomen with fluid.
