No, see doctor asap: No this is not normal. It is important that you go to emergency department or urgent care if your doctor is not able to see you immediately. You could have some sort of infection. Please get seen immediately.

Weakness: These symptoms are not ncessarily due to an ovarian cyst but they certainly can cause weakness . These symptoms could also be caused by migraines.

Why depo in 1st plac: Sorry to hear what you car going through. Your symptoms are quite broad and difficult to tell the origins based on the info provided. However, having a history of an ovarian cyst(s) and absent menses for a month may indicate possible pcos as a cause. Lupron (leuprolide) is not generally consider a treatment option for this condition of course but the depot itself can be associated with headaches. Talk with pcp.

See a Gyn?: Can you not get her to a Gyn for an office visit? She needs further attention and an ER is great for acute emergencies but not long-term  (or complicated) problem solving. As a last resort, ER again is better than ignoring it.

Maybe mono. : Ovarian cysts are often silent, and when they're symptomatic, abdominal or back pain predominates the clinical picture.  Mono can have a long recovery, including chronic headache.  Also be aware of tension fatigue syndrome that can follow mono in some cases and can have headache as a symptom. Best to see your doctor to figure this out.

Infection: Urinary tract infection (uti). Especially if you have burning with peeing and urgency or difficulty holding pee.
