hypoechoic ovarian cysts. 8cm (left)  4cm(right) endometrioma and endometriosis not excluded. what does this mean? im worried.

have a ovarian cyst 8cm, on ct scan mesenteric  and retroperitoneal lymph nodes noted? does that mean enlarge?. i'm confused. it didn't say enlarged.

Not necessarily : 8cm cyst ( depending  on what it looks like on the scan) does not have to be cancer in someone your age. Lymph nodes are often visible on scans and as long as they are not enlarged ( greater then 1cm) they are just a normal finding.  The cyst should be followed up on in a short period of time (6weeks) with a pelvic ultrasound, but if there was anything questionable about the lymph nodes then ct.

Surgery: Usually with surgery to re-sect the capsule of the endometrioma.

See your doctor: It seems as if waiting is safe but unacceptable.  Birth control pills may help. See your doctor.  Nobody knows more about you then him/her.

Ovarian cyst: It is possible that the ovary  that was operated on is now dysfunctional thus reducing your chances of getting pregnant.

a pelvic scan revealed an ovarian cysts of 4.8cm x 3.5cm with internal echogenic debris. i have slight pressure pain. will this go away on its own?

Sometimes: Frequently ovarian cysts will go away on their own.  If there is no concern for cancer, you can wait a few months and repeat the u/s to see if it is getting smaller or has gone away.  Best wishes!

Large ovarian cyst: These cysts are not usually effected by diet.  Although you should avoid unhealthy foods in general.

Large ovarian cyst: Unlikely to spontaneously resolve at that size, but not impossible. The issue of pain with possible torsion (twisting) are of concern.
