Rest your eyes: The best treatment is to rest your eyes. Stop playing the video games if your eyes are hurting like that. It's possible that the eye muscles may be under tremendous stress and maybe getting "bulky". Hane them checked by an ophthalmologist ( an eye doctor) rather than your optometrist.

Possibly sty: I presume it's your eyelid-You may have a sty or blocked oil gland of the eyelash (gland of zeiss) that is secondarily inflamed or infected. Try mod. Hot compresses 2-4 times/day for about 10' followed by gentle massage with diluted baby shampoo on a clean washcloth. This should help it resolve in about 7-10 days. If not and persistent or worsening, then an exam is needed to verify the lid lesion.

: There may be a small, impacted foreign body but you could not see it. If it is true you can try to wash the left eye with clean water or using artificial eye drop to flush it out.
