Is it Gastric Fundop: Gastric fundoplication is one of the treatments recommended for Acid reflux or what is commonly called GERD.
The best treatment for GERD is using PPI antacids such as Omeprazole of Nexium daily. Only if the PPI fails to provide good relief you should consider fundoplication which is a significant surgical procedure. It can take 2-3 weeks for recovery. Let me know what you chose to take.

With a cautious eye toward protection from solar rays and inclement weather, truly there are few limitations. Most infants enjoy the motion provided by age appropriate swings. Sitting on the front porch can offer a symphony of entertaining  sounds such as birds chirping, etc.

Oil of Citronella: There are many insect repellants available otc.  Many with citronella and other repellants.  Best to wear long sleeve shirts, cover legs, and gloves if in a high bee area.

Tampon: There is no danger participating in physical activities when on your period.  Just use a tampon or pad  as you normally would.

No: Myopia, which is the refractive error that causes blurry distance vision is essentially of genetic origin. Whether or not someone requires eye glasses for distance vision has nothing to do with whether or not that person spends time indoors or outdoors. Also the gradual worsening of myopia is also a predetermined situation. There is no intervention that will halt the progression.

Muscle aches: Moist heat will increase circulation to muscles & help flush away products of strenuous physical activity. Oral NSAID (aleve/advil/ Motrin etc) taken with full glass of water after a meal will ease discomfort & inflammation. Gentle stretching helps alleviate stiffness. Topical anti-inflammatories (bengay/ aspercreme) work, too, but should not be used if taking oral nsaid.

my 22 month old suddenly developed dark under eye circles we went to the park 3 days ago.it was a hot day,he played with a dog, and picked flowers. we've done the exact same outdoor activity be4 but he never had dark eye circles then.will it go away?

: This is probably due to melanin procuction and related to your mutual ethnic skin type. I instinctively tried to shade our kids from over exposure. But occasiond do arise when the best thng to do is use an ultra violet light filtering skin cream when they are going to be out in the sun. However, a little sun exposure is good in stimulates Vitamin "D" production. It is all about balance.
