Abscess: Sounds like  a pilonidal cyst or a rectal abscess, but either one often requires surgical intervention with an incision and drainage procedure, and possibly antibiotics, etc, ...You should get this evaluated and treated by a dr.  Good luck.

i fell asleep with my ace bandage on and woke up an hour later to my lower leg numb. i freaked out and tore the ace bandage off my knee but still feel like my circulation hasn't been the best today. should i be concerned?

It will impove: I suspect you had compression neuropathy to the nerve  and it  lost some nerve nutrition from lack of blood  supple. If it  does not improve see your physician

Exam and MRI: Most acl injuries are associated with pain and swelling of the knee.  The swelling can be significant a few hours after the injury.  A sports specialist should be able to determine from exam the likelihood of acl tear.  An MRI confirms the diagnosis in most cases.

In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

Paronychia: Use some neosporin or bacitracin to prevent an infection and take some ibuprofen for the pain.

See a dentist: I am not sure when you say I have these antibiotics if they were prescribed to you by a supervising dentist  or you are medicating yourself? If you have not seen a dentist to evaluate that please do so. There are other things that can be done besides taking antibiotics. Please have it evaluated as soon as possible.

Appropriate time: Following acl reconstruction surgery, adequate time is necessary for the graft to re-vascularize and regain natural strength. Muscle recovery and joint range of motion return are also necessary before returning to sports. Studies indicate that it takes about 12 months for the graft to fully mature. Some surgeons allow patients to return sooner with protection – bracing. Follow your docs advice.

Typically ~ 9 months: Exact months may vary depending upon your specific injury and any presence of meniscal or cartilage damage being treated. Typically we tell athletes they will miss one season, and this translate to about 9 months until you are allowed unlimited cutting and pivoting activities after acl reconstruction.

Try, OK. Tear, not!: I can't tell what this new position was or what/where the 'tear' was about, but hurting for several days is not great. If it's improving clearly, you might decide to just give it rest. If it's not (or worse!) have an OBGYN exam to be safe. Experimenting can be great, but pay attention to your body and take care to learn from it. Best!
