ANS: best is picture of your face and see if tongue has indentations in it from your teeth. I do not have access to the standards for these measurements in Chinese. Has ring size changed? Google acromegaly and see if you face looks like it.

Unlikely to matter: Chest exercises that will work the muscles on top of the chest wall will not change the structure beneath.

Cover up: Cover up with baggy clothes or consider having surgery to decrease the size. You should consult a thoracic surgeon. You should also consider at 50 you have had this for a very long time and whatever you are trying to accomplish, the surgery is not a walk in the park.

Knock knees: The alignment of your chest is how your skelton formed as you developed.  In order to change the alignment of the bones you would need an osteotomy where the bone is cut and a plate & screws or other device is used to hold the new alignment until it heals in about 8 wks.  Unless you have pain from your alignment it may not be for you.

Bone vs soft tissue: Pigeon chest is a chest wall deformity. Gynecomasty is enlargement of the breast tissue in males. Pigeon chest does not jiggle and does not cause breast tenderness.

Depends on: degree.of deformity and age.  Only definite method is surgical correction.  There is usually no effect on internal organs.  Consult with a pediatric surgery specialist.

Sometimes: Pectus deformities of the chest can change with growth but usually do not go away completely. The reverse is also true in that they can worsen during that time.

No: A pigeon chest is a deformity of the sternum in teenagers called pectus carinitum or excavatum. These are usually not responsible for any symptoms but are mostly cosmetic. A barrel chest is the result of COPD or emphysema and is an over expansion of the lungs from smoking resulting in the entire rib cage billowing out ke a barrel.
