Avoid the sun: Skin "bleaching cream" is actually available otc--lustra but takes time to work..Also, it is not permanent because exposure to the sun will re-darken the skin. So, besides avoid the sun, there isn't much you can do. Sensible sun exposure is actually a good thing..Such as vitamind etc...So, weight the risks/benefits.

Won't cure: From my reading, this is a line of soaps for folks with acne-prone skin, but it won't actually make the lesions go away. Your best start is topical benzoyl peroxide. If you're not clear in two weeks, get with your personal physician. This is the 21st century and we have a lot to offer. Best wishes.

Lamisil/Terbinafine: Terbinafine is a good med and often takes care of those hard to get rid of fungal infections.  This medication is rx and can be costly.  Depending on where your infection is, will determine how long you have to take the medication.  The medication is metabolized through your liver, so best to have a dr. Rx the medication and monitor your progress, good luck.

Acanthosis: That sounds like acanthosis nigricans, which is a manifestation of Insulin resistance.  I would see your doctor to verify the diagnosis, treatment would be with diabetes medications that increase Insulin sensitivity.

Dental Trauma: If you fell off the stairs and broke your teeth, there may be more serious problems with your teeth needing dental attention. Kenalog (triamcinolone) orabase is a synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic action. Temporarily will help with traumatic inflammation like yours. If you think you are hypersensitive to it's components stop using it. Not for fungal, viral or bacterial infections.

Does not exist: There is no cream that will prevent sexually transmitted infections. You may be thinking of spermicide which helps decrease the risk of pregnancy.
