: At your age, and with the symptoms you mentioned it would be worthwhile to see your doctor for a review of your symptoms and a general evaluation. It is unusual to have severe osteoarthritis at your age unless there has been significant injuries. There may be other diseases that are causing this type of pain. The sooner they are identified the better.
