i have a problem of going to toilet regularly and even if i go relief my self its not enough .i went to my dr about this issue but it doesn't get better.i will get medication to make my stomach to run but still it will be difficult to release ,?

Stool: If you have been having troubles with stooling on an ongoing basis it may be worthwhile to talk to your provider again and get a consult to a GI specialist. Often increasing fiber in your diet can help and is step you can take on your own.

Stomach acid : You can see a doctor via telemedicine. In general, I ask a patient with stomach acidity to stop using alcohol, don't; eat late at night, avoid coffee, soda, lose weight if there is a large abdomen. There is a stepwise approach to this. Hypersensitivity : Hypersensitivity of the enteric nervous system manifesting as dyspepsia or visceral hypersensitivity would be most likely.  Non-gi causes such as musculoskeletal should also be considered.  Bloating is often times a difficult symptom to investigate and manage, as you can attest.

Not enough: You need evaluation by a specialist, a gastroenterologist, and possibly a scope of your esophagus, stomach and duodenum, several causes for what you have, most common is H. Pylori infection, but needs to be documented. Treatment is different for every condition, good luck

Before or after: It is best to take flucloxacillin 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after for maximum absorption.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Is the only medicine you should use, unless you have him seen by the doctor to make sure other medications are safe and/or helpful.  If tylenol (acetaminophen) is not good enough, then you should have him seen.

Occasional use of an: Antacidslike maalox, mylanta or Tums might help. Pepcid or zantac (ranitidine) work in a different way to decrease stomach acid. However, if this problem occurs frequently, you should see a gastroenterologist to make sure you don't have an ulcer, or something else serious.

Vague: Sorry, there is just way too many things that could be going on here. I'm assuming you've already consulted with your physician? If not, start there. These problems are usually solved in a logical sequence, so start with a good GI specialist or internist, follow the directions and keep very careful logs of what you're doing that makes the pain worse, better, or any other symptoms that are going on.
