: What you described could be reflection of light off the bubbles that normal form on urination. If you do not have any other symptoms you may watch and wait. If you get fever, pain on urination, foul smelling urine, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
It may help to drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Break thru bleeding: Is common on birth control pills, if continues for a couple of cycles let your doctor know.  The effectiveness of contraception remains good will continuing to take the pills.

Period: Do u mean by not having a period, as in the time of the month is off or you never actually had a period yet? If you haven't , you need a gynecology eval ASAP. Otherwise, if get a urinalysis, and if normal, I'd suggest blotting rather than wiping, but you still need a gynecology evaluation to ensure nothing else is going on vaginally.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Variety: Certain medications can cause your urine to turn orange (laxatives, phenazopyridine), as can certain foods (b complex vitamins and carotene containing foods). However if these cannot explain the orange color and it persists for more than a day or two, consult a physician.
