a year ago the very tip of my gland, around where the urine comes out, turned blue and hasn't changed since. now 2 more blue spots appear in the shaft?

Prominent veins?: Most likely these are just prominent, superficial veins or perhaps hemangiomas (blood vessel "moles"). Such things are common on the penis and often becomre more prominent with sexual maturity and/or aging. Anything lasting so long and without pain or other symptoms probably is nothing to worry about. But see a doctor if these things don't seem to fit or you remain concerned.

Let me explain: The two possibilities (since no scratches) are from the rectum or the urine, since there no stool in the diaper, i think the urine is the sources, do urinalysis you will find out if the in the bladder is the sources.

Could be urine: or semen stains- impossible to diagnoses online. Many young men have nocturnal ejaculation and this can be a cause.

Infection!: Sounds like you have an infection. Either a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection, could be both, too!  You need to be seen, in case it is, and you required treatment.  If you have abdominal or mid back pain, fever, vomiting, or are pregnant, go to an ER, if you cannot reach your doc quickly (within an hour if severe symptoms).

Hormone: The infant has been continuasly  bathed in the mother's hormones and they are acting on her  in the same manner as in the mother that is what is causing the bleeding it should stop within a few days iy is not anything to be concerned about however if it lasts longer a urine workup should occur.

take coumadin (warfarin) and when i urinated there blood spots and dark urine. inr was 4.8. should i be worried?
