hi i have skin peeling on my areola which itches , what could this be ? i dont  have any lumps .
my sister just found out she has breast cancer , could this be the same for me?

Peeling: If you have a family history of breast cancer always possible.  However, even though that is the case, peeling of skin around areola ususally secondary to other issues like dry skin, infection or fungal process. Psoriasis possible or eczema. If concerned get it checked.

could a neoplasm of uncertain behavior on skin of breast be cancer? i have to do biopsy frm each breast and one has skin changes like orange peel skin

Yes, it is possible: Breast cancer can show up on the skin surface especially if it is locally advanced and has been present for sometime. But the biopsy of the tumor/ skin nodules will provide the final answer.

Yes, but...: Every new finding needs to be considered as the most serious treatable illness until proved otherwise. A single large new dimple may be the result of injury and scar contraction, but you'd do well to have it seen in any case. The familiar orange-peel effect is also very concerning and should prompt a physician's office visit. If you have either of these, please seek evaluation without delay.

Could be: Any type of an invasive breast cancer such as ductal or loblular carcinoma that can cause skin edema. Marked red skin swelling can also be seen in the rare form of inflammatory breast cancer.

"dry nipple skin": The areola ("nipple") is frequently irritated by the friction of clothing or bra and develops a cornified area, like a sort of callus.   This  is not at all related to breast cancer

: I would not think that yellow skin would be associated with breast cancer.  I would be concerned if you had a red appearence in the skin.  Yellow skin may be the result of a bruise that you were not aware that you had trauma to the breast.

: If you feel a lump in your breast, you should have it checked and examined by your PCP. Breast Cancer is rare in your age group but it does occur and any lump is suspect unless proven otherwise.
A common breast tumor in young females is a Fibroadenoma which moves easily and is firm in consistency.
Your doctor can guide you further.

Breast cancer can be: Superficial or deep. Can include a mass. Masses that are painless, irregular ; hard are more suggestive of cancer but they can also be tender, painful ; soft. Swelling of breast; thickened, red, skin; non-milky nipple discharge; new retraction of nipple, puckering or irritation of skin or pain ; sometimes swollen lymph nodes under arm(s). Seek med eval if you have suspicious symptoms.
