Not directly, unless: Unless you are a diabetic. Most juices available in the market are very high in sugar. 
If your blood sugar is too high, that can make you more prone to yeast infections (and infections in general). 
If you are getting recurrent yeast infections, make sure to get checked for diabetes!

No unless : No, unless you have a history of diabetes.  Sustained elevated blood sugar levels caused by ingesting foods with high sugar content (such as cranberry juice) can predispose people with impaired sugar metabolism to yeast infections.  Make sure you see your doctor.  He/she will analyze your history and physical (&amp; blood work) and determine the reason why you are having yeast infections.

Cleaning yourself?: If you mean douching, I would stop that to improve vaginal health.

Antifungal cream: I would just use an over-the-counter antifungal cream as directed. There is no data to support intravaginal use of yogurt or cranberry juice to treat yeast infections.

? Normal: The vagina normally has an acid pH. How does your acidic vaginal secretion bother you?

You : You need to see your doctor. Even though some studies have shown that drinking cranberry juice can help prevent urinary tract infections, once you have the infection, you need to be treated with antibiotics. If you are having worsening pain, it may not only be a worsening infection, but it is also important to rule out kidney diseases such as a stone or nephritis or another type of infection such as a yeast infection or sexually transmitted disease. These may need other treatments besides antibiotics or different antibiotics.

A : A yeast infection is possible however your symptoms are, (or rather were) more consistent with a urinary tract infection. Yeast vaginitis typically causes a clumpy yellow discharge and vulvovaginal itching. I hope you are better, if not i would recommend a urine culture and gyn exam.

Perhaps unrelated: The spotting is probably not directly related to the yeast infection. It may be due to a temporary hormone imbalance, birth control pills, other hormonal medications or contraceptives, etc. If abnormal bleeding persists , see your gyn. Good luck.

: If you took Azo yeast plus, an OTC product, your urine would have orange color.

Accepted Answer

: There are several azo products. The one(s)for UTI symptoms contain phenazopyridine, which is orange; others may not. Also don't expect this treatment to help much. No Azo products actually treat yeast, only reduce\ itching. If you have had yeast before and symptoms are the same, take an OTC "azole" vaginal cream or insert. Otherwise, or if an azole doesn't work, see a doctor for diagnosis and Rx.
