Which ones U taking?: "pro"-biotics put good organisms into your gut (unlike "anti"-biotics which kill bacteria) &amp; include: lactobacillus, acidophilus, bifidobacter, sachromyces boulardes, to name a few.  Most are available over-the-counter &amp; need to be taken daily to maintain the probiotic organism population.  Bacterial probiotics are often killed by systemic antibiotics; other formulations are more resistant.

Expect gas/bloating: Would suggest stopping the oral probiotic since the combination may cause you significant bloating. Please note that the use of probiotics remains controversial and while it may help specific individuals it may not help others.

Likely infection: Vaginal symptoms and blisters despite 3 rounds of antibiotics - i suspect there is still an infection going on.  Possibly yeast or BV or another bacterial infection, possible herpes.  Could also be an irritation reaction to something you're applying to the area.  Anyway you need another doctor exam.  In the meantime, ice in a plastic bag, or doing aveeno (oatmeal) soaks can be soothing.  Good luck.

Meds: Meds do not cure all problems. For example, antibiotics will not cure gum disease. You need a Dentist or Periodontist to provide hands-on care. Stop self medicating and get professional help. See a Dentist to cure your gum disease. See a Physician to address your rectal problem. Infection control is really not a do it yourself project.

Sinusitis: It is often unnecessary to treat sinus infections with antibiotics. If you have chronic sinusitis this should be seen and managed by an ENT doctor. Try saline irrigation of the nostrils with a Neti-pot (see your pharmacist), and possibly check to see if you have some anatomic defect, allergies, or dental condition, or other cause  of frequent sinus issues. Instead of a commercial oral rehydrating solution consider making a mineral broth:
chop up carrots, potatoes, greens, maybe some garlic, simmer for 20 minutes, add salt and then drink the broth.

Oral thrush: Oral thrush is caused by candida albicans which is a fungus.Some common factors are smoking, pregnancy and systemic illnesses. . Stop smoking (if you are), change your diet to drastically reduce carbohydrates,avoid white breads, potatoes, rice. Avoid high fructose foods.Eat lots of green/yellow/red vegetables. Try this approach before meds. Rinse  mouth with a diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Through the gut : The probiotics traverse the GI tract and change the bacteria living there, as well as in the vagina.  The dilucan is absorbed via the intestine. Then it is secreted in the vaginal mucosa.
