First, the other person has to have the disease because you can't catch something from nothing. Beyond that, it's possible to catch the germ and then it's possible for the germ to replicate and cause the disease, but there is no way to guess the likelihood or chances or it actually happening.

Different: A strep test is to answer yes or no about strep. Only strep. A GC test is for gonorrhea. You can get it in vagina or penis from sexual intercourse. You can get it in the throat from oral sex.
