Good Question!: There are some studies that suggest that people who have been mildly overweight and who exercise are at less risk, than those who were slender until their late 30's or 40's and then put on not as much weight and never exercise.  On the other hand, chronic excess wight over a lifetime adds up to the wear an tear on the weight bearing joints, your pancreas, liver and kidneys as well as your heart.

you can't: You can't convince others that your obesity is not do to overeating. Ignore them. However, you should stop denying that you are not cause and accept that you are the only one who can do something about it.

It's aging: Heart attacks are usually caused by fracture of a cholesterol deposit in an artery, causing a balloon clot to form which obstructs the artery. Consequently, all tissue downstream from the obstruction dies, and that portion of the heart muscle no longer contributes to the contracting and pumping action of the heart. This pathology takes several years to develop. High lipids and tobacco accelerates.

i'm 20 and i'm noticing these deep lines/ wrinkles round my neck. should i start using a wrinkle cream or am i too young ? (not obese don't smoke )

Wrinkle Cream: You should start using wrinkle cream now or the wrinkles will worsen. Retin A (tretinoin) is a great product for treating wrinkles but you will need a prescription.

i have shortness of breath when lying flat.  i am 21 and about 300 pounds so i am in the obese category is this in my case most likely from that since i am still young or should i be overly concerned?

Concerning: Obesity-hypoventilation is of concern as in time invariably strains the heart. You should start a weight loss program under the supervision of your doc. Other acute conditions cannot be ruled out with limited history available.

can belly fat accumulate in different proportions among sisters , i know a family where obese younger girl has more belly fat than her old obese sister?

Variable: Where fat accumulates can vary from person to person depending upon their genetic predisposition, height, weight, Insulin resistance, etc. In all of them, however, it relates to weight gain increasing Insulin resistance, and can be improved by diet, exercise and weight loss -- + medication if needed. Check w/doctor.
