Not yet: You need to see a doctor to make sure that one leg is longer than the other.  There are several things that could make it feel that way and the problem may be easy to correct with simple manipulation of your hips or back, which would be done by a chiropractor.

why are inners for shoes only lifted on the heel and not the whole foot? surely it still causes your one leg to be shorter than the other?

my left leg is 9mm longer than my right and i have a mild scoliosis. but when i wear a 4mm shoe lift on my right the curve only gets worse. how?

Pelvic obliqity: You most likely have a pelvic obliquity related to the scoliosis that affects the leg lengths.

Sounds like problem: with your low back or hip.  You need to see an ortho or spine specialist for imaging tests and proper treatment.  This might be a nerve problem also.

i have a mild left lumbar scoliosis (pelvic obliquity), but my left leg is also longer, so a shoe lift on my right doesn't help me. what can i do?

Give it time: Pelvic obliquity and scoliosis are not related.  The pelvic tilt is due to the leg length difference.  This should be corrected with a shoe lift, but your body has adapted to the difference.  Give the lift some time.  Scoliosis is a different problem.  It could be compensatory due to the pelvic tilt, or it may be a separate problem.  Discuss with your doctor and therapist.

Lymphadenitis only??: Get a second opinion on the slide review and have a hematology consult exam you completely. Hopefully everything all will work out in the end.

See doctor: Now this rash could be an issue. You need to give more history. Do you go camping or are you outside a lot. See a doctor for exam and testing

High heels : Place pressure on the knees and are not good. On the other hand flat shoes aren't great either.....Look for a happy medium.

Gastrocnemius: Part of your calf muscle attaches above the knee. Forcing the heel backward will recruit this muscle and can cause pain if it is tight or inflamed. A gentle, progressive stretching program should help.

Heel pain: So your problem is more sever than something that can be corrected with home remedies. Time to see a heel pain expert, a Podiatrist. Ask your General Physician for the Podiatrist with whom he/she has had the most success working.
