Need more details: How long have they been present?  Is it getting worse or better?  Even with detailed information, it is difficult to provide an answer for a skin rash.   Best to check with your doctor if the rash has  been present for over 2 weeks.  May try 1% hydrocortisone cream for a week and see if this helps.

Itchy spots: Insect bites are a possibility(chiggers, bed bugs). Another is an allergic reaction to something that has come in contact with your legs but not the rest of your body. Have you walked near poison ivy or poison oak?  Observe for any clues and you could take an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin which is non drowsy. See your physician or a dermatologist as needed.

i have red, extremely itchy spots on my legs about 1/3 of an inch wide. i had three the past few days and a fourth showed up today. i thought they were bug bites but they arent getting better and my legs have been covered yet theres a new one.

Bug bites? Hives?: Itchy bumps on separate parts of the body may be bug bites or hives, or may be small boils (skin infections; like pimples). A visit to one's doctor is helpful, as bumps are very hard to describe in words. Others causes of bumps are possible. If the bumps are mysterious-looking, a dermatologist or primary care doctor can examine them... either online (video consultation) or in-person.

Std unlikely : An std would be very low on the list of causes of a leg rash. You should see a dermatologist.

Skin infection : It is possible that she has a skin infection. Keep the area dry and clea. Monitor her temperature, apply a topical antibiotic, and please see your Pediatrician.

Doctor can examine: Antihistamines block the chemical histamine and thus decrease itchiness and decrease allergies. Red spots are hard to describe or diagnose in words, and can be from many causes such as:  viral infections, other infections, medication causes, strep throat, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders, etc...

Varies: There are a number of possibilities.  Some patients have a retrocalcaneal bursa in that area that can become enlarged, could be a lipoma and many other potential considerations.  Don’t hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis

Skin lesions: Always need to give a good description when speaking of skin issues.  However I do think some over the counter hydrocortisone cream would help you. Try this for 2 weeks and see how you do.  Remember skin rashes take a while to resolve

i get a itchy bump on my ankle randomly. its just one bump, always in the same spot and it itches really badly. should i be concerned about it?

Itchy on ankle: May be bite or eczema or  folliculitis- infection. if it resolves spontaneously with  no effects I would not be too worrried.  But can f/u w/ doc urgent care when it occurs to  get a more accurate diagnosis
