i have had a lymphocele on top of my penis for over a year and i'm not sure what to do. it doesn't hurt and it only shows up after masturbation or sex. it seems harmless but it won't seem to go away. i'm 99% sure it's a lymphocele. what should i do?

Penile Bumps: It is hard to answer without examination, but if you have no symptoms you may have pearly penile papules, which are benign bumps and do not cause any problems and are quite common.  Please have yourself evaluated.

Need more informatio: Your description is very scanty, i need more information eg: how long have you had this problem, does the burning continue while you are urinating , are you circumcised, have you had similar problem before, what is the color of your urine etc

after some rough sex i developed a thick cord on top of my penis, it wasn't painful but wanted to get rid of, someone else recommend arnica gel, i applied this to my penis on 28 dec and 2 weeks later penis is still burning and painful - what to do??

: That thick cord on top of your penis very likely could be thrombosis ( blood clot) of the dorsal vein of the penis caused by trauma during  rough sex. Consult a urologist ASAP for accurate diagnosis &amp; proper treatment. In the meantime take an adult aspirin. You can apply the gel also.  Is a STD a concern here as well? If so, mention it to the doctor.

Penis bump: Penis bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.
