Possible fluid: If has a heart problem and is short of breath, it may be fluid buildup in the lungs.  There are other possibilities.  See your doctor.

Family docs: May be board certified and trained, and know how all of the body systems and organs work. They almost always know their limitations and when to ask for consults from specialists. They also know when to send to optometrist instead of ophthalmologist and vice versa.

I'm not sure: Of these other meds but let's not overlook allergies.  Since their introduction, nasal steroids such as flonase, used at night (my recommendation) have given tremendous benefi to people sufferring from allergies? Ask your doc to try that one.  Good luck.

Hard to say: Your past success rules out some of the basic issues with fertility. The cited average delay before achieving a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with range of weeks to a year. After a year it is reasonable to consult with a fertility center with both parents to see if there is an issue. If one is found they can work on it or educate you in alternatives to get pregnant.

there are many different medical reasons that can cause this from polycystic ovarian disease, endometriosis, or many overweight girls do not ovulate monthly and many athletes do not ovulate monthly as well.
