Complications: .Complications of nissan nclude dysphagia, gastric hypersensitivity, abnormal gastric motility, gas bloat syndrome and gerd relapse. The fundoplicaton can fail, unwrap, loosen or herniate. Not unusual following nissan is dumping syndrome. Stomach contents empty fast, getting sudden large volume in small bowel, wrenching, pallor, tachycardia, sweating, diarrhea, cramps etc. See gastroenterologist.

:  Since you're experiencing palpitations multiple times a day it'll require your wearing an outpatient heart monitor for 24-48 hours to determine whether you're having arrhythmias and what type they may be  Discuss this with your physician. You may be referred to a cardiologist for a full evaluation. A thyroid level may also be checked. In the meantime avoid alcohol and caffeine.

i was on prev pac for 14 days and omeprazole for a week. i'm off the medications for 3 weeks. still have yeast. how long it will take to clearup.?

Complicated: Where is the yeast infection and how do you know that you have it?  The medication Prevpac (lansoprazole amoxicillin and clarithromycin) is a combination of amoxicillin, clarithromycina dn lansoprazole, none of which are meant to treat yeast infection, nor is Omeprazole which is used to treat gastric hyperacidity.  Your yeast infection will never clear with these medications.  See your doctor.

is 20 mg omeprazole equivalent to 20 mg pantoprazole?  curretnly on 40 mg omeprazole and then tapering to 20 mg pantoprazole because of a medication interaction

PPI,s: They are both proton pump inhibitors with similar action and interchangeable . If you had a reaction from one then it is possible that you may have a reaction from the other. Good Luck
