Yes: Do not take them with your birth control pills. Do you really need to take these supplements is first question you must first figure out? A simple balanced diet, exercise and yoga are enough to lead a healthy life. Stay away from supplements unless absolutely necessary.

Not very likely: at least from a physical dependency point of view.  Hemp oil and similar products have a lot of CBD (cannabinodiol), which actually has actions which are pretty much the opposite of THC, and are not thought to be able to produce physical dependency.  However, physical dependency is not a necessary component for having addiction (better termed now a severe substance use disorder). Why the concern?

Sure can: Any oil or grease can clog up pores. There are plenty of good moisturizing lotions available. Why waste your money on hemp oil. If you want to feel good buy the hemp and smoke it, don't rub it on your skin!

Dry skin: One of the treatment to improve acne is actually to get the skin to be dryer. If you moisturize too much the skin, you will still have acne. Try to see if you can back off a little your benzoyl peroxide to get less dryness. Hope this helps.
