Wasake gel: Wasake gel is a derivative of silica gel which is a non-toxic substance.  Unless eaten in substantial quantities, it is unlikely to cause harm, but rather will be passed unchanged through the digestive system.  It is not a food however, and thus not designed to be ingested.

Amerigel: Amerigel is the best day to day gel for wounds. If you have a wound that is not healing i would suggest going to your local woundcenter for evaluation.

Drying: Don't take them internally, so in general, no. Some can be somewhat drying to the skin--but if bad acne, might help reduce its severity.

Moisturizer : You may leave iton overnight, but because it may be too drying you should use a moisturizer during the day.

Epiduo: You should see some results in two to four weeks, but expect two the three months to see the full effect.  Remember acne is not a disease but a response to hormones on the hair follicle/oil gland complex.  The goal is therefore control and not cure.

Probably OK, but...: Drug expiration dates are very conservative. Drugs are not necessarily less effective or have increased risk of side effects after the expiration date. It's just that they haven't been tested beyond that date. But unless stored unsafely (e.g. an especially hot area, like in a car on hot days), they usually are fine. However, for a new infection, best not to self treat. See a doctor to confirm.

Not serious: using 2 doses of ? Monistat should not be harmful.  If you do have discomfort though I would see your doctor.  You can always rinse/wash the region with soap and water to remove the excess gel.  Good luck.
