Food tantrums: 5 year olds will try ur patience! be innovative, if he eats pasta he should have soem sauce with it and u can puree different vegetables in it like broccolli/spinach/carrots. U can put some vegetables on the pizza/pizza sauce!

Reflux: please bring it to  his doctor's attention, in the interim avoid fatty foods such as pizzas, hope he isn't overweight or obese,  he will be fine

I am not sure...: It is improvident to be certain that you are not bleeding so further history is needed. I wonder why you isolated the pizza as the cause knowing you have eaten other things. I will advise a visit with your doctor for proper assessment. Take care go easy on pizza though!!!

To some extent: You can basically feed the kid anything at a year that meets safety parameters. They don't have pre-molars or molars so a chunk of anything can get stuck and cause major difficulties. Soft bread in small bits are fine. but remember their swallow tube is about as big as their finger.

Depends: In general it is not the best practice to eat raw dough. However, if the dough has egg in it then it can be very dangerous. Many eggs are contaminated with salmonella and can make you sick if they are eaten raw
