Prevention is best: By 'ivdp' I assume you mean intervertebral disc prolapse, or a slipped vertebral disc. Are you talking about prevention, or to treating existing pain, even disability. Prevention includes plenty water, healthy diet, regular exercise, &amp; (esp. RE lumbar) avoiding prolonged sitting. Treating symptoms, depending on severity, may well require visit to clinician or physical therapist. Hope that helps.

There is currently no surgery or medicine to correct that so hearing aids are your best option if you or your family/ friends are bothered by the amount of hearing loss you have. Get them fit by someone experienced and that will minimize some of the problems of hearing wind etc.
