Sex change: More politely "Gender Identity Change".
The only way to find that out is to let your current primary doctor know and recommend a doctor who will guide you through the change.
A lot of doctors refuse to follow this but, as an Endocrinologist, I have had no problem getting this under control with my patients.

Triggers?: Try to identify triggers first. Avoid them. Next, try taking anti inflammatories like Ibuprofen  early in the migraine. Don't wait till the headache is severe. Hope that helps!

Pregnancy tests: If you are asking are there home pregnancy tests made for blind women the answer is no.  Blind workers at Lighthouse for the Blind in Fort Worth does make pregnancy tests.  You can Google them and get to their website which will give you info on purchasing them if you wish to help their organization.

Tapeworm: I hear your concern. Unfortunately, doctors don't believe self diagnosis, because despite most fervent claims, objective data are often lacking to support them. If you are sure that you ; your family members are infested with tapeworm, then it would be so easy to prove by giving a stool sample for testing and if it is there, it will be readily revealed.  But if none is found, then there's a proble.

Recommended: The ou med center is excellent for treatment in a variety of disorders.  I have many patients who have had surgery in that facility.  They have an outstanding reputation and i would feel confident in their surgical expertise.
