If : If your symptoms are still present please see your doctor for an evaluation. Often times when a woman thinks she has a yeast infection, it could actually be a bacterial infection. If your symptoms have resolved then maybe it was a yeast infection and has cleared. Lastly, the best time to resume sex is after you complete the appropriate treatment.

Irritation: The question we need to know is why were you taking the epsom salt bath in the first place.   If the bath was used to treat an infection, then the epsom salt might just have aggravated it.  On the other hand, if you put in too much salt in, then you can an irritation from the salt itself.

Please see your gyn: U need a workup with cultures , exam and blood work u may have 2 different problems one causing the vulvar soreness and the other causing the fatigue or they could be realted.

Vulvodynia?: Yeast still is possible; some cases are resistant to the standard treatments. Or perhaps you have idiopathic vulvodynia, i.e. vulvar pain without obvious explanation. Keep working with your gynecologist. Good luck.

Sounds like yeast: Itching almost always signifies yeast.  And combined with the swelling feeling too. You could treat with over the counter medication for yeast and see if that improves?  Or go see a health care provider and see if they can make a diagnosis.  Sometimes it helps to think about what may have been different in your life/environment that could have caused a yeast infection... In order to prevent future.

Usually resolves: It usually resolves with time and will improve. If it gets painful or increase in swelling, get it checked. Sometimes, bartholin gland can become obstructed that may require drainage.
