Likely okay: Keep the area clean. Apply the cream 2-3x/d as needed &amp; minimize penile use (just pee) &amp; this should heal easily in a week or so. Get in for an evaluation if the area seems to become red/swollen/painful.

Sex abrasion: Assuming the burning is  slight and superficial, you may be right. If burning on urination, it may be UTI. If burning lasts more than a day or so, see your provider to exclude infection.
 I like 'no treatment' when a minor problem will get better on its own. Use soap and water to keep the area clean.
 Prevention with OTC lubes is pretty obvious advice and may enhance the experience anyway.

Foreskin?: Are the tears in the foreskin?  If so, you may want to avoid sex until they heal, and you also may need a circumcision.

Keep it clean: Thoroughly clean an abrasion, remove any foreign material, apply a topical antibiotic cream if wound was dirty or is deep.. Sometimes it is helpful to cover the wound to keep it clean but many small abrasions can heal well when exposed to air as long as they are kept clean.

Rubor,dolor,tumor: Redness(rubor), swelling(tumor), pain(dolor), are the cardinal symptoms of inflemmation and infection. Pus on the surface or draining pus or fever would also be signs of infection.

Possible scaring: When skin injuries go deep into the skin, past the dermal/epidermal junction  which is between these 2 layers , then scaring will occur.   I have notice that individuals are different in their tendency to scar and to what extent.  Some things you can try to prevent or lessen the effects of scarring are mederma, vitE oil, aloe, cocoa butter, or scar reducing kits.

Lubrication: You may be predisposed to frequent abrasions due to dry eye or or to a corneal dystrophy. Try a maintenance regimen of daily lubricating eye drops. If no help, see an eye doctor.

No: Infiltrates are infections, abrasions are scratches.
