Need more info: Difficult to say from the info you are giving. This could be just a normal discharge. The bast would be for you to have a breast exam at your GYN doctors office or general surgeons office and they should be able to determine from your history and physical exam if there is a bored for any further tests ( sonogram or mammogram)

Probably not: You do at times continue to produce some mild secretions from your mammary ducts.  A one time episode is probably not concerning.  However, if this would be recurrent or associated with swelling, redness or fever  get checked.

We always have concern for any nipple discharge.  The discharge can be variable in color i.e. clear, white, green or red.  You are on hormones though this is absorbed and the blood levels are very minimal.  
Bloody nipple discharge requires attention with either a mammogram or a mammogram/  ultrasound of the breast.  In my practice I have also sent the nipple discharge for pap eva/

hello,iam very concerned about the pain in my left breast. it is very painful to any slight touch. i squeeze it and yellow liquid comes out. sometimes its oily other times it watery and it can be both. i feel a lump inside. its both breast affected?

36yo female, 5'6, 110lbs. i have tender breasts, newly oily skin (severe), and some facial hair that i must always pluck (chin). could i have pcos? :(

Yes, unlikely: At your height/weight pcos is possible, though unlikely. As we get older, our estrogen declines and while testosterone declines as well, sometimes estrogen falls faster than testosterone which means that testosterone expresses itself more as we age.  If you are having regular menstrual cycles, you don't have pcos.  You could try some hormonal birth control to help with acne and unwanted hair.

is it bad that i use my finger nails to pick out the clear oily nipple discharge inside my inverted nipples. i had it even since i had breasts age 12.

No: As long as you wash your hands and are very careful not to cut yourself with your fingernails this should be ok.

Inverted nipples can: Be a variation of normal. As the breasts are covered w skin that has hair follicles, this can also be normal. However, nipple discharge can sometimes indicate that something is wrong. Please see your doctor to get it checked out.

Not sure: The breasts may itch as they expand with  weight gain, puberty, pregnancy, pms, and breast-feeding.

can breasts grow unevenly?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Most breasts (sort of like feet size) are within a certain range of difference.  But occasionally they will develop at different rates or with different size that is obvious.  Rarely this may be caused by underlying pathology.  Discuss with you family doctor if this is your problem.
