i need advice from opthalmologist
is it safe to put olive oil in eye, nothing wrong with eye,only for religious purposes?

Eye treatment ?'s: Using "olive oil" or any non-sterile oil or medication in one's eyes in general is not recommended, as infection or chemical irritation can cause damage.  See an ophthalmologist for more specific information.

i had detached retina before 4 months.now i have silicone oil in eye. vision is not bad but little wavy, blurry  and pinched in the middle. its normal for silicone oil? thank you?

Was it burning?: You could get a nasty burn if it was hot.  But otherwise i wouldn't expect any problems.

Eye wash: While baby oil usually does not do any permanent damage to the eye, it can sting and be irritating. Flush the eye with water or eye wash for at least 15 minutes and if the eye is blurred or hurting, go to an emergency room.

i got coconut oil in my eye and i didn't remove it. i have hazel eye and my question is if it burned will it change my eye color?

No: Coconut oil should not change your  eye color or damage your eye. Just wash it out and don't worry.

See eye doc : The first thing I would recommend is that you see an eye doctor to evaluate the eye for injury--since what you are describing sounds very odd.  It's your eye, make certain you are taking care of it...

got coconut oil in my eye. it's a dark green on the outside, the iris is a dark brown. from a distance it looks brown. i want my eye hazel again, help?

It will be normal!: The coconut oil cannot penetrate inside the eye and cause permanent color change to the iris, so in short, it will be completely back to normal within 24 hours.  Some people do have slightly brighter or darker irises on one side vs. the other and since you are paying more attention you may be picking this change up.

i got peppermint oil in my eye, washed it out with water. it felt fine, till i woke up the next day and my eye won't stop watering. what do i do?

Take antihistamine .: Your eye got most likely irritated and created as if " allergic reaction' to irritants. If you properly irrigated  it should be sufficient . Do not rub it!To relief watering  try to take daily anti - histamine as Zyrtec ( Cetrezine) or Allegra ( fenoxfenadine)  - 1 tab daily. If any blurred vision , discharge, more pain swollen , red lids - see doctor ASAP.
