i took two laxatives two days ago and am feeling dizzy upon standing. i feel shaky like i may lose my balance.could i be dehydrated?

Depends: If you had a lot of diarrhea with the laxatives, then use. Drink plenty of fluids and try to not move around too much until you begin to feel better.

i feel there is something wrong with my balance the feeling comes and goes every two or three months and lasts for several weeks i went to doctor and he gave 
betahistine it started about a year i hear ringing in my ears since i was born when quiet?

Balance: You don't mention either vertigo or lightheadedness. Inner ear disorders can cause vertigo on head motions. Lightheadedness can be caused by low blood pressure or anemia. I feel that a neurologist could pinpoint the cause and advise you.

my mom is 82...for the last two days she is very off balance...tired and dizzy.  her ears are not sore or feeling blocked.  she slept from 9am to 3pm today which is not like her at all.  she is on no chronic meds and very healthy.  is it covid?

COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. If : If these are new symptoms, or if you've never had migraines, then you should not try and explain these away.  New headaches and new symptoms need to be evaluated by a doctor.  I'm a little worried about the combination of nose and eye symptoms. I don't want to scare you with all the crazy things it "could possibly be".  But you should go see a doctor,  and depending on your symptoms you might need a ct scan or MRI of  the head to make sure there is nothing unusual going on.

Hydration!: Because most expert believe that a hangover is due to the dehydrating effects of alcohol, the best way to avoid one in the first place or treat it once you have one is simple water.  Lots of water.  Not coffee or any other fancy medications, just water.  It is not magic, though. Your body still has to "detoxify" itself.  But drinking water is the safest and best treatment.  And it's cheap, too!

Get examined: You could have anemia, thyroid problems, or even diabetes.  Other medical problems may be present.  If it has been two full weeks, time to see your doctor.

Could be many things: Vertigo, dehydration, inner ear problems, or primary neurological problems are all on the list. If this is bothersome, or persistent, see a primary care provider for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!

Who knows?: Even if there are no detectable organic issues, "just" is an insult to anxiety. Anxiety can wreck havoc in lives. So, consider CBT therapy to learn skills to avoid, reduce and manage it. Best wishes!
