? Nickel dermatitis: Many possibilities but common is a nickel dermatitis from the button on your jeans.  I would apply otc Hydrocortisone 3x daily (rx works better if you go to a dermatologist) and avoid wearing any pants with buttons.  If it goes away and you want to wear jeans again, you will need to apply 3 coats of clear nail polish before you wear them every time.  Please get checked if not resolved.

Rash: The description of the rash isn't sufficient to make a diagnosis without examining you. A possibility would be insect bites. If the rash doesn't resolve or if new lesions appear see your physician or a dermatologist for diagnosis and advice.

Rash: A rash is best diagnosed and treated when it is visualized by a doctor, who can then make an appropriate recommendation. If the itch is driving you crazy, try topical Hydrocortisone cream, an oral antihistamine to calm down itch, and cool showers or baths until you can see the doctor as soon as possible.

Derm eval.: These lesions need to be visualized &amp; a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.  Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.

Genital rash ?'s: Red, itchy rash spreading from the vagina to the thighs may be a yeast infection (fungal).  Get an exam by your GYN physician for a culture, from which he/she will be able to prescribe the correct treatment.

Eczema: Both of the diagnoses are plausible.  Bed bug bites also happen often on the arms and legs.  Also, you may find them if you search and you might notice a pungent odor.  If these are not the case, it is more likely eczema. Try the treatment they have prescribed for a few weeks and see if the symptoms are eliminated.

It is hard to: characterize a rash like yours based on description.  It could be anything from herpes zoster (aka shingles) to poison ivy to yeast infection to impetigo. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Rash: Rashes are difficult to diagnose without being seen. Is it flat, pebbly, blistery? How long present? How large an area involved? Any contact with poison ivy personally or a pet? Any exposure to ticks? Any exposure to measles/chickenpox/etc?  See pcp for evaluation & treatment of rash.
